PROBLEM

No clear workflow
The system was built from many separate screens but they didn’t connect or guide the analyst. The layout was fragmented, the hierarchy was unclear, and users had to jump around to understand what was happening. 

Full investigation & mitigation wasn’t actually supported
The system showed raw events and charts, but analysts still had to leave the platform and use an external BI tool without recommended actions.

SOLUTION

A clear, guided flow
We reorganized the entire architecture into a logical investigation journey, helping analysts stay in context:  Alert → Evidence → Impact → Affected Vehicles → Mitigation

Built-in investigation & AI assistance
AI insights on potential impact, suggestions for mitigation and more.
