DevSecOps Platform
Comprehensive solutions for securing every phase of the software development lifecycle in automotive environments.
My Role: After advocating for a platform-based approach, I led the UX design of our flagship DevSecOps platform and the core products within it - shaping how each tool works independently while contributing to a cohesive, scalable experience.

BACKGROUND
As more security tools were developed within the company. I consistently pushed for a more unified experience that could serve as a foundation for future growth.
Once the strategic decision was made, I took the lead on UX - designing both the platform layer (navigation, structure, user management, admin, projects) and the individual products within it.
Some tools were built on an older design system, others were newly created.
I helped bridge the gap between them through shared logic, structure, and interface patterns.
One of the most critical UX challenges was designing a navigation model that could serve very different products while remaining intuitive, modular, and scalable.
I also led the design of a new Projects area, allowing users to group and access data across tools — even if they only used one.
CHALLENGE
We first developed each product independently, with different entry points, structures, and flows.
But the company needed a platform that could:
-
Support independent tools and a full suite (both cloud and on-prem)
-
Support navigation across all products with minimum dev effort
-
Maintain consistent UX across legacy and new modules
-
Enable compliance workflows (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434)
-
Allow for future expansion without rework
Few navigation structures:

SOLUTION
I designed a modular UX framework that balances flexibility and consistency.
Key elements included:
-
A shared navigation system with product-specific and cross-product layers
-
A Projects hub that links workflows across tools
-
User, group and admin management
-
Consistent editing patterns and terminology
-
Scalable layout that can support future modules
Each product can stand on its own — or work as part of a broader ecosystem.
